Revit Project Setup Pack (Archgyan x BIMKraft)

Stand up a new Revit project's sheets, room views, and room data from one ribbon panel.

The first hours on a new model are repetitive: create the sheet set, cut a floor plan view per room, and tag doors and windows with the room they open into. This pack drops three pyRevit tools onto a single Project Setup panel so each of those passes runs from a dialog instead of one element at a time.

What's inside

• Add Sheets: pick a title block, build a list of sheet number and name pairs, optionally fill organizational parameters (Discipline, Area, View Group, View Type), and create every sheet in one transaction. Save and reload your common sheet lists as presets
• Room Creator: select rooms and generate a cropped floor plan view for each, with a configurable crop offset in millimetres and a naming pattern built from {RoomNumber}, {RoomName}, and {LevelName} placeholders. Re-running updates the crop on views that already exist
• Assign Room Names: select doors and windows and write the adjacent room name into a shared parameter, choosing Room-In, Room-Out, or a smart priority that prefers the inner room

Requirements

• Autodesk Revit 2021 or newer
• pyRevit installed (free, from pyrevitlabs.io)
• Each tool runs in a single, undoable Revit transaction
• Assign Room Names writes to a shared parameter named BK_BUILD_RoomAssociation; add it to your door and window families to use that tool. Add Sheets organizational fields are optional and are skipped if the parameters are not present
